The double room was cosy and very well taken care of. the bed was extremely comfy. the room used a fridge, air conditioning, and a private safe. Amazing location right next to the bus stop that takes you to Venice made it easy to get to key attractions.

The triple room had basic facilities you need, a safe, central heating, and a work desk. The bathroom was nice with a bathtub. The location was particularly good, just close to Slipstream Sculpture...

We loved staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the central location, easy transportation with a bus stop right in front, and kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and the option to use the common kitchen. The facilities were clean and we had everything we needed in our room, including an AC and a private bathroom. Great value for money!

On our first morning, they surprised us with a good breakfast delivered right to our door. The room was impeccably clean, thanks to their diligent cleaning schedule. Check-in was easy, as we had kept the hosts informed of our arrival time. The location of the B&B was ideal, with a convenient bus stop nearby and easy access to Venice. The owner was warm and cute, offering us a small breakfast and allowing us to use the common kitchen. Despite a few minor flaws, such as an older shower and a noisy heater, the overall experience was great. The staff was always ready to help and spoke excellent English. Their professionalism stood out compared to other hotels of the same level. I highly recommend Ca Dei Fiori 1 Venezia for a pleasant stay near Venice.

During my recent Xmas stay, I enjoyed the great value for money and the friendly host. I appreciated having our own bathroom and the convenience of a nearby supermarket for supplies. the location near public transport was a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The room was smaller than expected from the photos, with limited space for walking around. the noise from the shared kitchen was disruptive, waking us up earlier than desired.
